Once you have logged into your customer portal the following options are available:

Pending application customer:

  1. Review and edit information on the application form
  2. Ability to review and sign pending agreement


Customer with existing loan:

  1. Ability to view loan balances and status.
  2. Ability to view loan schedule.
  3. Ability to view profile information.

To meet the minimum requirement, you should:

  • be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be a legal US resident
  • Consistent income and valid checking account.

Note: meeting minimum requirements does not guarantee loan approval.

  • Our minimum loan amount is $500, and you can borrow up to $2,000.00.
  • When approved the amount available to you will depend on various factors.
  • Our customer support team cannot provide an amount you are guaranteed to be eligible for, as we use an automated system for making these decisions.

APR varies between borrowers and available servicing states. Submit an application and get qualified to get specific APR information. You can also visit this page for more information on our product.

We are unable to guarantee being approved for a higher loan amount as there are many considerations to factor.

When calculating your loan approval limit, a few of these considerations can include:

  • Credit score
  • Current salary
  • Spending habits
  • Debt to income ratio

We use ACH method to credit the funds into your account.

It’s our intention to approve a loan for the amount requested, but sometimes this is not possible. Being a responsible lender requires us to review a customer’s repayment capacity and requested loan amount.

To apply for a higher amount, you must pay your existing loan and apply for a new one. However, it is not guaranteed that you will be approved for a higher amount.

The payment due dates set on the schedule of your loan are designed in accordance when assessing your pay dates. We do recommend preparing it in advance if you expect to have changes in your pay dates. Please give us a call to 1-866-268-2773 for more information.

Application

Even with bad credit we will consider your application. The best way to find out if you qualify is to submit your application. It usually takes minutes to apply, and you will get a quick decision.

Yes, there is a credit check during the application process. ViviaFi uses various credit reports, data sources, and application information as part of our underwriting that might influence credit decisions.

It is required that you are employed or have other steady source of income and your income is deposited directly into the bank account in which you have applied for the loan.

Our processes are mostly automated and require a checking account (open 3 months or more) with access to online banking. In most cases no additional documents are required.

While our easy online application will ask questions for identity and income verification, occasionally we might ask for additional info and/or documents. This is to protect and verify your identity.

To apply for a loan, all applications must be completed through our secure online form.

We do not accept applications over the phone.

There is no cost to apply. When you submit an application, it is not a commitment to take out a loan if approved. All terms and conditions of the loan are explained before the loan origination process.

An application typically takes just a few minutes. It’s quick and easy, and available 24/7. Almost immediately after you have completed the application you would receive a message by email and/or text message (SMS) about the next steps for you.

Existing customers can log into their customer portal if they need to manage an existing loan.

If you need to update your info because of a new bank account, we request that you provide us information that proves ownership on the new account, such as recent bank statement or Void check.

This information must be sent in PDF or picture with complete legible format containing: Bank name, Account number, Routing number, account holder name. You can email that information to customerservice@viviafi.com.

We use information from credit bureaus to assess credit when applying for a loan and might report the performance of loans.

The actual time that you would receive your funds would depend on the time of day that you applied, and whether it was a weekday or weekend.

ViviaFi accepts your application 24/7 but processing depends on our office hours.

Direct deposit via Automated Clearing House network (ACH) – Can take 24 business hours from the time your loan is approved. For more information you can send us an email to: applications@viviafi.com.

We sent a copy of your loan agreement by email when it was approved. Please contact us at 1-866-268-2773 or clientservices@viviafi.com in case you can’t find it.

Our automated underwriting process uses different variables to assess your credit, guaranteeing fair treatment for all applicants. Reasons for denial are stated in an email sent to you after completing an application.

If you discover a mismatch on your loan agreement about your payment schedule or other information, please contact us at clientservices@viviafi.com with a detailed explanation and our customer support team will work with you to resolve this quickly.

Payments

Payments are usually made by debiting your bank account, as mentioned in your loan agreement.

Please plan in ahead of time and call us at 1-866-268-2773 from two to three business days before your requested time of payment.

To view your current loan balance, you can login to your customer portal. You should note that at the time of your view, there could be payments that have not yet been processed. Please Consider that balance changes daily.

If you want to confirm the outstanding balance of your loan that is left to pay off, you can get more information by sending an email to clientservices@viviafi.com.

If you are wondering when your next payment is due, you should just log into your customer portal for more details.

Please have in mind that ACH payments might take up to 3 Business Days to debit your account, we recommend that you keep the funds available during this time to avoid returned payments.

While the major banks tend to be fast, some of the smaller institutions may take a little longer with processing a payment or deposit.

After that period if you still do not see the payment, please send us an email with details at payments@viviafi.com.

Yes, you can pay off your loan early, and without a penalty. Just give us a call at 1-866-268-2773 and one of our customer support specialists will be able to assist you.

If you experience a loan payment debited on the wrong day, you should first log into the customer portal to verify your payment schedule mentioned in your loan agreement. Please have in mind that ACH payments might take up to 3 Business Day to debit your account.

If your bank returned a payment to us for any reason (e.g. non-sufficient funds, stop payment or an account is closed) there can be a charge you an NSF fee per event.
